Rapper ODB dies in studio, aged 35
ODB, the rapper best known for his work with the Wu-Tang Clan and as a solo artist for his collaboration with Kelis on the track 'Got Your Money', has died. He was 35.
ODB, whose real name was Russell Jones, had complained of chest pains before collapsing in a Manhattan studio on Saturday.
Paramedics were called but were unable to save him; the cause of death is as yet unknown.
Jones would have celebrated his 36th birthday today.
Renowned for his unorthodox rapping style, Jones had struggled with drug problems during his career and had only been released from prison last year.
